This special Harry Potter-themed Yoga class was taught by Nicole Costello from New World Wellness in Kissimmee. Sampled some Ayurvedic healing draughts in our Herbology class and learned about the magic of plant-based medicine. Made our own take-home essential oil blend in our Potions class; taught by Ayurvedic Practitioner, Kimberly Shelpman.
