December Newsletter 2024
Find Balance, Warmth & Wellness This Holiday Season 🎄✨
Stay Balanced This Holiday Season
The holidays are a joyful time of togetherness, but they can also be overwhelming, leaving us feeling scattered or fatigued. Ayurveda teaches us to align with the season by focusing on warmth, nourishment, and balance.
Here’s how you can stay healthy and vibrant this season:
Warm, Cooked Meals: Prioritize easily digestible, well-spiced dishes like dals, soups, and stews to balance Vata and Kapha.
Self-Care Rituals: Incorporate grounding practices such as daily Abhyanga (self-massage with warm sesame oil) and evening foot massages to improve sleep.
Simplify Your Routine: The holiday rush can aggravate Vata dosha. Keep life simple, prioritize rest, and enjoy quiet moments of reflection.
